Terms of Service

Bookings & deposits

A 30% deposit confirms your date. The balance is due the morning of the hunt. Dates are held only once the deposit is received.

Cancellations

Cancel more than 14 days before your hunt for a full deposit refund. Inside 14 days, deposits are transferable to another date within the same season.

Weather

We hunt in rain, wind, and light snow. If the guide determines conditions are unsafe, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund.

Licenses & safety

Each hunter is responsible for a valid Wisconsin small game license and HIP registration where required. All hunters must attend the safety orientation and follow the guide's instructions. Firearms are handled unloaded until the guide opens the covert. Alcohol is not permitted during a hunt.

Liability

Upland hunting carries inherent risk. Each hunter signs a liability waiver before the hunt begins.
